Are you a resourcing specialist who is able to manage the full recruitment life-cycle? If you have an excellent knowledge of Recruitment, HR processes and procedures coupled with extensive experience of managing both head-hunting and high volume recruitment campaigns, this job may be for you!
You will be expected to manage and implement recruitment campaigns within the region and create internal vacancies and memo-s, driving the recruitment and selection process to ensure it is completed in a fast, efficient and professional manner at all times ensuring net headcount growth, cost per hire and time to hire targets are met.
Some other duties include: • Sourcing candidates through referrals and online • Negotiate fees and terms with approved external recruiting agencies • Potential recruitment for other worldwide offices • Perform reference checks as well as process external criminal background checks • Networking with producers and hiring managers for new staffing opportunities • Increasing and maintaining a pipeline of candidates and clients • Cold calling candidate prospects and perspective clients on a daily basis • Coach and prep candidates on successful interview and presentation techniques
If you are able to speak any other languages, this would be an advantage but not essential to the role.
This position is expected to last 6-10 months and during this period you will be hiring artists, coders etc for the games industry. You will be expected to recruit (on average) 5 placements per month so someone with a good track record in recruitment is needed.
