We are looking for an all rounded 1st and 2nd line IT support engineer with a “can do” attitude to join a talented team of creative minds. The role will involve supporting the internal systems, both on the service desk and desk side support. The successful candidate will have experience supporting:
• Windows 7 • Microsoft Office 2007 / 2010 • PC hardware (Build level) • Helpdesk software administration (preferably LANDesk) • Active Directory and Exchange account admin • Sharepoint • Experience of gaming PC hardware and consoles • Understanding of Networking / TCP/IP • Knowledge of ITIL
The successful candidate will be level headed and calm in a busy environment, show initiative and willingness to get stuck in and have impeccable customer service skills.
