Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Online Programmer, a role which comes with a very competitive salary and many unique benefits.

The Online Programmer role requires exceptional technical knowledge of system architecture. This role will report to the Lead Online Programmer, working alongside them to deliver high-quality online libraries and technologies. Both server-side & client-side programming will be required.

Requirements:

• Shipped current gen videogame titles. • Several years of C++ programming experience in the games industry. • Experience on current generation consoles & PC, programming online-related aspects of the games you have shipped. • Knowledge of various network technologies. • TCP/IP & packet optimisation (Bandwidth optimisation) • Working knowledge of 1st Party platform TRC requirements (particularly in respect of online TRCs). • A passion for writing and playing games.
