Within this role you will be responsible for leading a team of CRM Managers, Game Metric Analysts and Monetization Managers. You will set up customer loyalty programmes and manage all retention efforts including mailings, in game event triggered communications, customer specific offers and deliver against defined retention KPI’s.

Essential requirements for this role: • Excellent analytical thinking skills • Ability to work under pressure • Deep understanding of Lifecycle Management • Experience with monetization/revenue management or marketing analytics in the online/social game space • Extreme understanding of micro transaction and F2P revenue streams • Willingness to relocate to Western Europe • Fluent English
